Keunyoung Lim received a Master in Architecture I (MArch I) from the Graduate School of Design, Harvard University, and a Bachelors of Arts from Hongik University (Visual Communication Design). Lim began her architectural practice at Doojin Hwang Architects (DJHA) in Seoul. Prior to working at DJHA, Lim participated in the production design for Korean films: ‘The Host’ directed by Joon-ho Bong, “A Bittersweet Life” by Ji-woon Kim, and “Three Monster C.U.T.” by Chan-wook Park. Lim continued her career at Payette in Boston and Doojin Hwang Architects Seoul.

임근영은 홍익대학교에서 시각디자인을 전공하였고 하버드 건축대학원에서 건축학을 공부한 후 미국 보스턴 페이엣(Payette, Boston)에서 건축 실무를 하였다. 박찬욱, 김지운의 영화 미술팀으로 프러덕션 디자인에 참여하였으며 봉준호의 「괴물」 아트디렉터로 활동하였다. 황두진건축사사무소(Doojin Hwang Architects)에서 프로젝트 매니저 및 부소장으로 다수의 프로젝트를 수행하였다. 임근영은 건축과 도시의 보이지 않는 부분에 대한 호기심에서 시작된 흥미를 건물 인프라스트럭처 및 시스템에 대한 연구와 다양한 프로젝트를 통해 확장시켜오고 있으며 다양한 이력을 바탕으로 SS2에서 크리에이티브 디렉팅과 프로젝트 매지니먼트를 총괄하고 있다.

Jeon, Jaebong | Co-Founder, External Director

Jaebong Jeon received Master of Architecture II (MArch II) from The Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture, Cooper Union, where he focused on the balance of critical thinking and rigorous craftsmanship in the design process. Prior to attending Cooper, he received his Bachelor of Architecture from Hanyang University, Seoul with merit scholarships awarded by the Department Chair and the National Science Foundation. He is currently an assistant professor at Hanyang University ERICA, and deeply committed to the balance of theory and practice in the professional field.

전재봉은 한양대학교와 미국 쿠퍼유니온에서 건축을 공부하였고, 한국 간삼건축(Gansam Architects & Partners)과 미국 파퓰러스 보스턴 (Populous, Boston)에서 종교시설, 공항설계, 경기장, 그리고 클럽하우스 인테리어 설계 등 다양한 종류의 프로젝트를 진행하였다. 전재봉은 SS2에서 건축설계 및 패브리케이션을 총괄하고 있으며, 현재 한양대학교 ERICA 건축학부 조교수로 재직중이다.
